MSO 1000Z labels & RPL1116 logic probe
The plus models are MSO ready, and can be upgraded by the user with an MSO upgrade option at any time.
The Rigol MEM-DS1000Z licence increases the maximum memory depth to 24Mpts (from 12Mpts) on Rigol DS1000Z series digital oscilloscopes and Rigol MSO1000Z series mixed signal oscilloscopes.
